• Fluent in German
• Ability and soft skills to become a point of reference for stakeholders as a Senior Technical Leader.
• Analytical and orderly thinking in managing the information received to structure project outcomes (the Solution Design).
• Ability to work in a complex international scenario with many stakeholders in a very demanding environment.
• Ability to fully cooperate with the Solution Architect and the Senior resource/Product Architect that are part of the team leading the Analysis project.
